During my recent stay, I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, giving a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the staff members were professional and provided excellent service throughout my time here. They were friendly, attentive, and always eager to assist with any request. the hotel's cleanliness and staff were the best aspects of my experience.

The staff at the hotel were very professional and accommodating to our needs. The room was kept clean, which was a plus. The surrounding area was quite convenient for us with its close proximity to key locations. We enjoyed using the facilities provided by the hotel.

The blankets provided in the hotel were quite old and were causing an allergic reaction in some members of our family. There were also issues with the bed headrest, with nails poking out, which was quite uncomfortable.

Spent Christmas at a certain hotel, and it was fantastic! the staff was very friendly and attentive! the room was sparkling clean, and the location was ideal - near great restaurants and landmarks. the best part was the cozy bed that was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. the hotel was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely.

A few things weren't great. There wasn't any toothpaste or toothbrushes provided in the room.
